ISLAMABAD: Owners of plots in Sector I-16 have expressed concern over unavailability of basic facilities as development projects have not been completed for 16 years. People with possession letters of plots said the sector needs electricity, water and gas. They said they got plots through balloting 16 years ago by the Capital Development Authority (CDA). They said they had paid the price for land and development work but the civic authority had not started development work yet. online
