Residents welcomed this initiative by Bahria Town, which will -according to Mr. Malik Riaz Malik CEO Bahria Town – “ encourage other private housing societies to facilitate residents in energy supply and convenient lifestyle”. Bahria Town is the first private housing society with the well established extensive underground cabling for efficient and effective operational reliability of the system.

The Grid Station has been commissioned by Siemens. This 220 KV Grid Station shall feed 132 KV supply to Phase VIII in addition to supply to additional 3 X Grid Station proposed to be constructed in Bahria Town. Bahria Town schemes are a landmark in the Real Estate industry and their focus into infrastructure development was highly applauded by Asad Ullah Regional Head Siemens.
