DHA Bahawalpur started booking. Booking consist of 10 Marla and 1 Kanal residential plots categories. Allotment of the plot will be subject to ballot. Successful applicant in ballot has to deposit 10 % of total plot cost within 30 days as down payment. If an applicant in ballot the processing fee will not be refunded.
Processing Fees Structure:
1 Kanal – 10,000 +* 1,000 = 11, 000
10 Marla – 7,000 + *1,000 = 8,000

1 Kanal
- Total Cost: 3,800,000
- Down Payment: 380,000
- Installment: 285,000 x 12 = 3,420,000
10 Marla
- Total Cost: 2,200,000
- Down Payment: 220,000
- Installment: 165,000 x 12 = 1,980,000
