Last year ballot held on 28th June, 2019 for DHA Phase 11 Sector 4 prevaiously know as DHA Rabhar. DHA Phase 11 consist of 4 sectors now. Tomorrow ground breaking ceremoney will be held for DHA Phase 11 Sector 4 on 3rd June, 2020. Hope fully after start of development work prices for DHA Lahore Phase 11 Sector 4 will be improved.

Atif bhai I think it will have pressure on prices because of development charges and current market is already under pressure due to uncertain political and economic situation. Price increase we may not see.
In next years all price increase will be eaten by development charges and there is also no guarantee that DHA will finish the development on time as we saw in Prism.

In slow usually this happen. Also we know DHA development pattern of getting land, so pocket remain for long time in return possessoin take time for overall project. This may result the current market value adjust the development charges within its value.
