ISLAMABAD: CDA Director General Planning Ghulam Sarwar Sindhu told this correspondent that every time FECHS had filed an incomplete layout plan due to which it was returned to them. He said main problem was that society didn’t have compact land, a basic requirement of the CDA. Last time CDA told the town planner of the society that they have to increase the facilities if they wanted to carry on the project of apartments. He said CDA would not allow incomplete layout plan because it was a matter of the city and citizens.
