    1. Dear Amir Bhai,

      If you have budget then DHA Phase 5 is best living, if low budget then go for DHA Phase 7. DHA Phase 5 is well occupied and DHA Phase 7 is non possession but under developed area for 10 Marla plots.

  2. DHA Phase 5 Extension Sector-M News Update

    Road Carpeting started in DHA Phase 5 Extension Sector M. Possession expected soon. An under pass of 100 feet wide will be started soon to connect DHA Phase 5 Extension Sector M with Proper DHA Phase 5. Final design is under consultancy with Nespak.

      I have one 5 marla file of phase VII and one 5 marla plot at good location in J block of Prism. My friend is advising me to sell both and use additional saving to buy 10 marla in phase V M block extension. He believes that growth of this proposed new plot will yield more than both these small investments. Kindly guide on the followings:

      1) Is it comparatively better to invest in M block extension by disposing off phase VII 5 m and Prisom 5 mala by using additional savings as well or i should keep both make additional investment in new opportunity
      2) If yes then in new opportunity, should i go for DHA city 2 files or Rahber II one file of 5 marla
      3) What is worth of m bloack extsnion 10 m now ? and when balloting will be expected

      1. Dear Asad Imran Bhai,

        I will not recommend you to sell these both plots in Phase 7 and Phase 9 Prism. You better go for DHA Phase 6 Sector M Extension with additional budget. Also stay within the DHA at this side rather then going for DHA Rahbar & DHA City.

        In Phase 6 Sector M Extension there are only few 10 Marla plots out of which 50% are facing grave yard. I have no idea about new balloting. Please contact DHA Lahore directly for ballot results details.

        1. Dear Atif sb Thanks i got it but just minor clarification i was taking about phase V M extension not phase VI M extension and 10 marla facing graveyard are in Phase V or Phase VI. You are recommending investment in Phase 6 M ext? Can you please also guide about its rate

      1. DHA Phase 5 M Extension is recommend for investment for 1 years time span minimum. Yes I have 10 Marla file @ 90 lacs for M Extension & 110 lacs for Phase 5 Proper

  5. Atif Bhai I am really surprised that in Pakistan there are people who are working in such a wonder full way. Your service is appreciable. I have contacted several agent for transfer procedure of disables. But no one could give me a satisfactory answer. My Mother have a plot in DHA Phase 5 and we want to sell it, but she is disabled and cannot move to DHA Office. Can you please help me in this matter

    1. Thank you Abdullah Bhai for your valued feed back and comments. You need to follow the process as under. It is called Out Station Transfer Out Station Transfer is only applicable for allottee who are Illness / disabled what so ever reason and cannot present them selves physically in DHA Office at the time of transfer. Procedure is as under:

      Out Station Transfer
      If Owner is unable to appear at DHA Lahore for transfer due to Illness / Disability.

      Timeline: On completion of requirements.
      Charges: Outstation Transfer Charges i.e Rs 11,000/-
      Delivery: Transfer Branch

      Documents Required
      1- Application from the Seller for Outstation Transfer along with Medical Certificate.
      2- All Documents required in Regular Transfer.

      Procedure
      1- The Owner will submit an application requesting for Outstation Transfer along with Medical Officer / Doctor’s Certificate clearly mentioning the medical reason for inability to travel.
      2- After approval by the Competent Authority, the Seller will adopt procedure mentioned in Regular Transfer Section.
      Transfer will be executed at the station requested
      3- Purchaser transfer formalities will be carried out in DHA Office, Lahore.

      Note: Govt. Taxes and duties will be applied for Seller as Regular Transfer
