What will be the per day late payment surcharge according to 16% per annum?
Dear Asim Bhai,
You can easily compute fine per day as under:
For example 1 Kanal each installment is 510,000
16% per annum = 510,000 x 6% = 30,600
Per fine = 30,600 / 365 = 83.83 approx
You can calculate any installment fine.
sir isn’t it like 16% of what we pay yearly to dha Multan for e.g in case of 1 kanal file we have to pay ( 4 * 510000 * 16%)/365 per day!
I am sorry it is wrong calculation it should be 16% by mistake I done calculaton as 6%

Seller must be present in DHA Multan office for transfer, there is a way of overseas transfer for seller through embassy in Lahore DHA (hope fully DHA Multan also have the same as it is Lahore Chapter) but that take usually 3 to 4 months and not recommended due to market fluctuation, deal may disturb with this much time if prices dont remain constant.

Atif bhai i was in pakistan and put 10 marla file for DHA multan under overseas category and provided my multan address in application. Today my brother in multan received paperwork from dha multan . My question is how i can make online payment as they didn’t mention any reference/file number in given paperwork .

Once plot number ballot is done then we can know t is corner or non corner. DHA Multan is send payment challan along with membership form and information letter. Ask your brother to make payment as per Callahan in the bank. You can transfer amount to your brother account and he can make payment via pay order in bank. Banks details are given on payment Callahan.

All projects are recommend for investment for 3 to 5 years holding with their respective investment amount. If budget is not your limitation, you are advised to buy 1 Kanal plot in each of them.

Yes DHA has the same practice usually, they do ballot near installation completion

Usually DHA start development charges after completion of installment plan, also development charges are also payable in installment plan. Expected development charges for 5 Malra plot is 9 lacs.

I have following three questions:
1— What are the expected own amounts for 5 marla, 8 marla and 10 marla residential plots after down payment as per your expert opinion?
2— Would there be any concession in membership fee for “Civilians paid out of Defense Estimates” category; as in DHA City Karachi (DCK) project membership fee for “Civilians paid out of Defense Estimates” category was same as Army category i.e. Rs 20000 instead of Rs 60000 for general public?
3— Is it necessary for the seller to come to Multan to sale his/her balloted plot? or otherwise what would be the procedure to sell if the seller is in Karachi or Islamabad etc?
