12. dear sajid, its all deception. they are fraud, they booked the first plan back in 2006-2007 for which they havent delviered yet and they had been lying to the customers continuously that you will get it in 2-3 months. things do get cheap if these are kept for long considering the inflation rate. they ahve used our money for 5-6 years as per there will and still no dleivery of any house. courts are there but a poor person cannot afford a good lawyer to sue them they are rich people otehrwise if our courts would have been strong i would have screwed them.

17. I am Serving in F/govt. department at chashma Barrage, Mianwali. In this time I can able to pay amounting Rs. 197,500.00 as dwon payment. I belong to a poor/midle class family. I am able to paid on monthly instalment like amounting Rs. 5,000.00 to 6,000.00. Society is realy seen good and not comparable to other famious asstate developer.
