      What could be the reason for sudden increase in price? And is it supposed to remain increased?

    What is future scope of 5 Marla plot in DHA Gujranwa, and chances in overseas Pakistani Category.

      No inauguration
      No ground work started
      People are waiting from 4years

        I think DHA Gujranwala is now at stage towards development now. As per market news on 19 December Corps Commander is going to inagurate the Gate Design of DHA Gujranwala. Also DHA Gujranwala New Office will open for public dealing from tomorrow. New office move to main GT Road near Channab Gate. I am very hope full DHA Gujranwala will move forward towards development work now.

          Sorry if it seems silly question as it is my first experience of investing in DHA. As you said it is moving forward and making progress in near future. What will be the next stage order(if you know)?

          Balloting?
          Development Charges?
          Development?
          Handover?

          and if it starts moving forward now what is your guess about the hand over date(in years obviously)?

        • Dear Janjua Bhai,

          In my personal opinion DHA took a big step to move office out side near Chenab Gate at Main GT Road. Previously office was in side Cantt area and there were un necessary procedures to reach DHA Gujranwala office to Buy or Sell a plot from client point of view. The old pathetic entry system of Cantt area. Wait for 15 min to 30 min just to enter your name and reason of entry into Cantt area. Un fortunately manual entry system take too much time. This was the main reason for clients and service providers were reluctant to work with DHA Gujranwala.

          I really appreciate DHA Management decision to take office out side the Cantt area on Main GT Road, now it is in Public area and can be accessed by General Public easily. So I am very hope full after this small but positive and client friendly move by DHA now DHA Gujranwala will have better image than before. To be a successful organization it was necessary for DHA to take care interest of all stake holders (primarily are the Service Providers and the General Public).

          Now the second urgent immediate move is to increase the numbers of Registered Service Providers to increase the potential end consumer base which are necessary for the success of every project. More number of Service Providers will result more customer base. As Service Providers are facilitators between DHA and End consumer.

          I am looking DHA Gujranwala moving forward due to this first step of moving office out side. It shows that management is now serious to take project to next step which is the launch of project for General Public in installment plan. This is move is expected before June 2018. Another news in market regarding inauguration of DHA Main Gate in this month of December. As per market news DHA has now 2 approaches available from Main GT Road.

          As we know DHA Gujranwala is last in Q which is not launched yet. DHA Bahawalpur, DHA Peshawar and DHA Multan is already launched so the next move is DHA Gujranwala. Also as per market news DHA has now sufficient land to launch the project for the General Public booking. We already have seen change in prices after inauguration of New DHA Office at Main GT Road. In my opinion it is best entry time for DHA Gujranwala for next 3 years holding time.

  4. DHA Gujranwala IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE

    For convenience and easy access for our valuable clients, Head Office of DHA Gujranwala is being shifted to new location at main GT road, near Chenab Gate, Gujranwala Cantt. Due to shifting and setting up process, routine business will remain suspended for general public from 11 December 2017 to 14 December 2017.
