Thanks for your continuous updates.
As you mentioned, this scheme is in developed Phases (I-VI), so these plots are due to addition of some new areas in older phases or some remaining areas of the older ones. Secondly will it be on installments or cash.
I think it will be of very price as compared to other new schemes (developing ones).

Thank you for your feed back, these plots will be available on installment plan. But might be DHA also offer a discount on lump sum payment (if any). I think prices will be higher then the plots available in market on cash. I think both can possible addition of new area in older phases and reaming areas of old phase which is under holding of DHA. We know DHA way working is file system against land surrender by land holders in favor of DHA. DHA issue 25% to 50% files against their 100% land. So DHA have 50% to 75% of the land. But these plots will be offered via ballot result so no confirm booking.

Maximum plots offered on installment in commercial category is 2 Marla commercial plot. There are actually called Sector Shops. First of all construction height is limited in these Sector Shops. Secondly these are located in Sector C not in CCA (Central Commercial Areas).
